Cancellation Policy

If a clinic is canceled by Apollo Tennis Club due to weather, court availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to reschedule for another available clinic date.

If a purchaser wishes to change the date of their clinic, they may do so up to 10 minutes before the scheduled clinic time by contacting contact@apollotennisclub.com. Requests made after this time, or failure to attend the scheduled clinic, will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

All purchases are subject to this policy.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation Policy.
