Waiver of Liability & Media Release

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in activities, events, clinics, lessons, matches, and socials organized by Apollo Tennis Club. I understand that participation in tennis and related activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury, illness, or property damage, and I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Apollo Tennis Club, its owners, organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliated venues from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of my participation, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation. I understand that Apollo Tennis Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

I further grant Apollo Tennis Club permission to use any photographs, videos, or recordings of me taken during Club activities for marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes, without compensation or further approval.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to this waiver on the minor’s behalf.
